Hotel Mar Rey provided a delightful stay with its amazing location just steps from the beach. My room was very spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, a fridge, and a microwave. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained for relaxing afternoons.

The oversized fridge in our room was incredibly convenient for storing our leftover meals and drinks after a long day at the beach.

Unfortunately, the noise from local restaurants and nightlife was quite disruptive, especially during the evenings and on weekends.

The location is perfect for beach access and exploring nearby shops. However, noise from the nightlife can be disruptive.

Parking is a bit of a scramble—tight spaces and first come, first serve. While the noise from the street is minimal at night, occasional motorcycle roars in the morning can be jarring. Additionally, the absence of bedside tables or shelves in the room was noticeable, and the coffee maker lacking coffee packets felt inconvenient. Despite requesting a ground floor room in advance, we ended up on the second floor, and there's no elevator to assist with luggage.

the adjacent building made a bit of noise in the early evening. However, the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it. Having a security guard on site gave us peace of mind, especially at night. Overall, a solid choice.

The spacious room featured a comfy bed, a large fridge, a microwave, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. The pool area was well-maintained, and the staff, particularly the manager Edwin, provided helpful service and made us feel welcome. The availability of a BBQ area was a nice touch for casual meals.
